Finn Bartlett, Founder & CEO

A Brooklyn native, Finn combines his architectural expertise with a passion for innovative design. When he’s not dreaming up new pod concepts, you can find him exploring NYC’s art galleries or cycling through Prospect Park. Finn’s vision for Office Pods NYC is deeply rooted in creating spaces that inspire creativity and productivity while respecting the environment.

Rosa Vance, Head of Design

Hailing from Queens, Rosa brings a keen eye for detail and a love for minimalist aesthetics to our team. Her designs are inspired by the city’s dynamic skyline and her weekend hikes upstate. Rosa’s approach to design is centered around creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful, ensuring that every pod is a perfect fit for its environment.

Jude Cortez, Production Manager

Born and raised in the Bronx, Jude ensures that every pod meets our high standards of quality. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his son’s Little League team and cooking up a storm in his kitchen. Jude’s dedication to quality and precision ensures that each pod is crafted with care and attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Mira Zamora, Customer Relations Manager

A Staten Island resident, Mira is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. She loves connecting with people and can often be found volunteering at local community events.
